Join our team as a Payroll Clerk!
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about numbers? We are seeking a Payroll Clerk to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.
A strong candidate will possess:
- Attention to Detail: You ensure every number is accurate and every record is complete.
- Strong Organizational Skills: You thrive in managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Payroll Software and Excel: You are comfortable using technology to streamline processes.
- Knowledge of Payroll Regulations: You understand payroll laws and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You can convey information clearly and effectively with colleagues.
- Adaptability: You embrace change and are eager to learn new processes or systems.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: You handle sensitive information with the utmost care.
Salary: $17.34-$22.34/hour (wage determined by years of relevant experience)
Term of Employment: 8 hours/day, 12 months/year
